Going Home
By Mike De Sisti - Milwaukee Journal Sentinel photojournalist Mike De Sisti's step father, Ernie Witte, spent the last three years of his life battling colon cancer. His fight came to an end on February 22, 2008. After spending several weeks in the hospital due to complications from the cancer, thanks to Hospice care, Ernie was able to come home where he died peacefully with family by his side. De Sisti documented his step-dad's trip home.

Fire destroys home
Firefighters were called to W5172 Wolf Road at about 9 a.m. today on what was initially reported as an engulfed garage fire. The blaze quickly spread to the home. All occupants escaped without injury.
